The celebrated Allegory DC, a speakeasy-style bar at the Eaton Hotel in Washington, D.C., brought its storytelling-driven cocktail experience to India through an 1800 Tequila International Takeover across Delhi, Goa, and Mumbai.

Ranked #45 on North America’s 50 Best Bars 2025 and crowned Best Bar Team at Tales of the Cocktail 2025, Allegory’s dynamic duo Deke Dunne and Greg Long hosted an insightful masterclass on “Menus and The Art of Storytelling”, sharing how narrative can transform the drinking experience.

Guests across Leela Palace, Boilermaker, and Paradox were treated to Allegory’s bold new menu concept, “Banned in D.C.”, featuring inventive serves like Black Dove, Mardi Gras, Saturday Morning Cartoons, and All That She Carries — each cocktail telling a unique story through flavour and craft.
