Monika Alcobev Sets the Tone at 30 Best Bars – Goa

30 Best Bars India is a platform that celebrates the country’s finest bars and bartending talent, spotlighting innovation, craftsmanship, and global best practices in beverage service. In the two days leading up to the awards night, Monika Alcobev curated a sequence of immersive bar experiences, bringing together international bar talent, iconic spirits, and Goa’s vibrant bar community.

Key collaborations included Tropic City Bangkok at Hideaway powered by 1800 Tequila, the Cointreau Volley Bash at Bar Outrigger led by Caitlin Hill (Advocacy Manager, Rémy Cointreau) a Bar spirit-forward takeover at Praca with 1800 Tequila, Berlin’s Wax On at Hideaway featuring Licor 43, and Una Hacienda’s Latin-inspired takeover at Quinta Cantina with Cointreau, each offering a distinct global perspective on contemporary cocktail culture.

On the main awards night, Cointreau hosted a dedicated bar takeover bringing together industry leaders, media, and bartenders to toast excellence in Indian bar culture.

Monika Alcobev’s participation at the 30 Best Bars Goa brought together international talent, iconic spirits, and India’s bar community. Each experience, from bar takeovers to spirit-led moments, was guided by a clear point of view, focused on craft and what’s next for Indian bars.
