Krom the heart of Moscow, Kauffman Vodka was started by Dr Mark Kaufman in the year 2000. Made from Russian winter wheat, Kauffman vodka is produced in limited quantities by a single harvest of Wheat. The wheat of a single harvest is only used when it reaches the quality necessary to make Kauffman Vodka, and the region which it is selected from varies year to year depending on where the best quality can be found. It is then 14 times distilled and twice filtered, firstly through birch coal and then quartz sand.
