Gin XII

Gin XII Café is a distilled gin obtained by distillation in the presence of alcohol, juniper berries with 7 other plants, fruit and spices (coriandre, sweet almond, thyme, angelic root, maniguette, iris root and cardamom) to which distillates of basil, rosemary, eucalyptus and mint are added. Each of the plants (basil, rosemary, eucalyptus, and mint) was individually distilled in the presence of alcohol (from beet). It also includes an infusion and a coffee distillate: in both cases, the coffee bean is roasted and then ground before maceration in a hydroalcoholic solution. Coffee is powerful in taste and carpented, so we add an extract of cocoa and vanilla, then caramel to achieve a perfect balance.
