Gin XII

Imagine a gin like no other. Distilled in Provence, Dry Gin XII draws its power from a unique palette of flavors composed of wild juniper berries and 11 other carefully selected plants and spices. A unique, fresh dry gin for all those who want to discover the flavors of Haute-Provence. Gin XII is craft distilled from twelve plants and spices in a plate column still, creating a subtle range of aromas. Gin XII owes its name to the twelve plants and spices that go into its creation. It is characterised by fresh, minty, floral, slightly spicy notes and a beautifully lingering finish. A dry gin with a rich, authentic taste, born of a long period of research and reflection. Gin XII takes full advantage of its Haute-Provence terroir and its subtle blend of herbs such as thyme, rosemary, basil, eucalyptus, sweet almond and mint, which join forces with small juniper berries to express the aromatic intensity of a stroll through the garrigue!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

GIN XII CAFE

In the heart of the gin is a small bay of a purple blue pruinous (slightly powdery crack layer), the juniper. Gin XII Café is a distilled gin obtained by distillation in the presence of alcohol, juniper berries with 7 other plants, fruit and spices (coriandre, sweet almond, thyme, angelic root, maniguette, iris root and cardamom) to which distillates of basil, rosemary, eucalyptus and mint are added. Each of the plants (basil, rosemary, eucalyptus and mint) were individually distilled in the presence of alcohol (from beet). It also includes an infusion and a coffee distillate: in both cases, the coffee bean is roasted and then ground before maceration in a hydroalcoholic solution. Coffee is powerful in taste and carpented, so we add an extract of cocoa and vanilla, then caramel to achieve a perfect balance.
