Mount Gay Eclipse
Eclipse is the embodiment of the Mount Gay style, body and aroma by which our Master Blender Trudiann Branker uses to blend every variety of Mount Gay Rum. For many rum aficionados Eclipse is also the reference by which all rum should be measured. Mount Gay distinguishes itself from its younger island rum brethren with its craftsmanship. As the oldest rum maker in the business, it constantly strives to set itself as the gold standard in rum. While it has a varied flavor profile, you can pick out Mount Gay rum for its complex notes of dark chocolate, almond, ripe banana, and fresh vanilla.

Mount Gay Black Barrel
Mount Gay Black Barrel is crafted from a blend of intense and aromatic rums, distilled in traditional copper pot and column stills, matured between 3 to 7 years in American whisky casks and then, finished for 6 months in deeply charred bourbon casks. Appearance : Dark amber Nose : Lots of woody and buttery notes. Great balance of dried fruit and spices, a sophisticated spirit with notes of gingerbread, lychee and toffee Palate : A good balance for a dry spirit with medium to long persistence
