Hayman's Old Tom Gin
When our family first starting distilling gin 150 years ago – Old Tom was the London Gin of choice. Today it’s a less familiar style of gin, but it is still a bartender’s favourite when making cocktails such as the Martinez, Tom Collins and Ramos Gin Fizz. The generous quantities of botanicals used in our family recipe create a bold citrus and juniper pine character that is smooth and beautifully delicate with a subtle underlying sweetness. It’s perfect for a more rounded and fuller flavoured Gin & Tonic and absolutely delicious with Sicilian lemonade.

With beautiful, aromatic notes of lively sweet citrus and crisp juniper, Hayman’s Exotic Citrus is tangy and zesty giving way to a refreshing and wonderfully smooth finish. As London’s first gin distilling family to include citrus as a key botanical more than 150 years ago, Hayman’s Exotic Citrus fruits have been carefully chosen to complement our award-winning London made gin. The depth and vibrancy of these flavours are the result of distilling the sun-dried exotic fruit peels as part of our unique two-day process.

Our Peach & Rose combines our London Dry with notes of fresh peach, sweet rose and juicy orchard fruit. Delicious served in a large wine glass with premium lemonade and fruit garnish. Hayman's Sloe Gin
To create our Sloe Gin we gently infuse wild harvested English Sloe berries in our beautifully balanced London Dry Gin. The process, another of our Hayman’s long-standing family recipes, takes 3-4 months before the infusion is blended with natural sugars. The result is plummy aromas, hints of almond and frangipane and delicious fruity notes – it’s not too sweet, not too tart and you can still taste our gin!

Hayman’s Small Gin is the only Gin that makes a Low alcohol and Low-calorie G&T which still tastes like your regular G&T. A full-strength gin which is bursting with flavour and character, simply pour a thimbleful over ice and add light tonic to make your low alcohol G&T with 80% less alcohol and only 40 calories per serve.
