Appearance: Ruby in colour, with a violet-edged. hue.

Aroma/Bouquet: Notes of blackberry brambles, black cherry, truffle, fennel and cocoa

Flavor Profile/Palate: The structure is tightly-woven, with fine, round, velvety tannins; hints of vanilla and licorice arise during the long, generous finish.

Time spent in aging: : 18 months ageing, 100% in French oak and 50% new oak

Aroma/Bouquet: The aromas are intense and focused with top notes of creamy, sweet vanilla, and black licorice wound around a core of exquisitely ripe black cherry and crème de cassis.

Flavor Profile/Palate: Balanced wine with lots of red and black fruits, silky tannis giving a smooth texture on the palate with long finish

Time spent in aging: 18 months ageing, 100% in French oak and 75% new oak
