Aroma/Bouquet: At first swirl, aromatics of Meyer lemon, grape fruit, pineapple and lemongrass leap forward from the glass with nuances of freshly cut grass and cucumber

Flavor Profile/Palate: Refreshing wine with flavours of lemon, passionfruit, grapefruit and lemongrass with underlying minerality and mouth-watering acidity

Appearance: Medium Straw with pale golden hue

Aroma/Bouquet: Aromatics of honeydew melon, white peach and Meyer lemon spring forward from the glass with notes of orange blossom, honeysuckle and chamomile

Flavor Profile/Palate: The wine is refreshing with flavours of lemon, pear and mango with a hint of green apple. The mouthfeel is lively but rich, and has a subtle creaminess

Time spent in aging: 14 months French & American and Hungarian oak, 24% new oak

Aroma/Bouquet: Black berry, nutmeg and cedar followed by mushroon and underlaying floral notes

Flavor Profile/Palate: Cranberry, fine leather and espresso with a hint of dried herbs and minerality blister its richness

Time spent in aging: 19 months French oak, 36% new oak
