Brandy is made by distilling fermented fruit or wine. While Cognac is a sub-category of brandy which is specific type of distilled fruit juice/wine with certain standards. Both, known to be consumed as an after-dinner digestif, mostly, it is cherished neat or on rocks. The depth and complexity of this category of spirit is why it is savoured for over 135 years now.
