The foundation for our Classic Laddie is not a recipe set in stone, but a distilling philosophy. We have no interest in consistency or uniformity, instead - year by year - the variety and provenance of our barley shapes our spirit, and an ever-increasing range of casks are sourced to evolve the suite of flavours in our warehouse. Each batch of the Classic Laddie will, by nature, be unique and subtly different, but it is ultimately our Head Distiller who curates this assemblage of our finest spirits, to showcase the classic, floral and elegant Bruichladdich house style.

The cornerstone of our Bushmills family, this smooth triple distilled whiskey has a strong malt characteristic. An approachable whiskey that has been matured in both bourbon and sherry casks, gives notes of fresh fruits and vanilla. With a recipe that dates back before Prohibition, there is no better whiskey for making a classic, pre- Prohibition cocktail than Bushmills Original. Combining our pure single malt whiskey and a lighter grain whiskey, you'll notice its rich, smooth warming taste almost instantly, just as generations have done before.

A special blend that uses a remarkably high proportion of malt whiskey, 80% single malt whiskey and 20?tch grain whiskey, that gives it a robust mouthfeel, that's been matured in Oloroso sherry casks. This is the reason for its unmistakably intense character with fruity nose and smooth finish.

The Sexton is a disruptive spirit for the defiant ones, the restless night people who play outside the status quo. An unexpected Irish single malt, it is rich in hue and bold in taste with a memorable character. It is exclusively matured in former oloroso sherry casks for 4 years. Triple distilled in copper pot stills, the liquid is approachable in taste and memorable in character.

A big and spicy Rye from the folks at Templeton. A 95% Rye mash bill, distilled in Indiana, with a lot of flavour that makes it a great sipping whiskey, as well as being punchy enough for Old Fashioned, Sazerac and all of your favourite classics. Ideal for enjoying over ice or mixed in a classic whiskey cocktail to add some rye spice, such as an Old Fashioned or a Rye Manhattan.

Quality Maple Syrup was heated up and filled into So ex-Templeton Rye barrels and left to sit for a period of 2 months. After that resting period and once the Maple Syrup was completely emptied from the barrels, they were then filled with Templeton Straight Rye Whiskey to mature and age for an additional 2 month period. Over this time, the sweet Maple Syrup notes that have soaked into the wood staves influenced the spicier tones of the Rye Whiskey, resulting in new, elegant notes of dark chocolate complimented by the additional time in Maple Syrup barrels.

Mature with complex rye notes, our flagship rye is aged 6 years in charred new American oak. Templeton rye 6 year is proudly made in the U.S.A. with thoughtfully sourced & imported grains. Smoothness and the taste of the whiskey gave it the name "The Good Stuff '. The 6 year is bottled at a higher proof than the 4 year in order to express the more complex notes obtained from longer ageing in casks of a higher level of charring. Starting with a mash bill of 86% corn and 14barley, the whisky is then double copper pot distilled using some of the world's most pristine waters from the Misaka Mountain range in the Mt. Fuji basin, 250 meters below the surface. This is the some of the purest water in the world and where the highest-grade sake's source their water. Finally, Tenjaku is aged in heavily seasoned Kentucky bourbon barrels resulting in a rich, full bodied malt flavour, with a grain taste that is toned down but freely allowed to express its individual characteristics. This exquisite balance forms a clean, timeless blend of 3yr, 5yr & 6yr whisky.

Starting with a mash bill of 100% Malted Barley, the whisky is then double copper pot distilled using some of the world's most pristine waters from the Misaka Mountain range in the Mt. Founded by former ballerina turned whisky entrepreneur, Allison Pare, Brenne was started with Allison's small life savings and a big dream to show terroir when making great single malt whisky. She created Brenne from seed to spirit at a family farm-distillery in the heart of Cognac, France. Traditional yet different, Brenne breaks the mild for single malts with its signature smooth and approachable taste, uniting people around a truly original spirit. Crafted from locally indigenous heirloom barley farmed on-site, and proofed using water from the Charente river, Brenne is a 100% organic uniquely seed-to-spirit whisky.

Signal Hill represents adventure, innovation and longevity. Signal Hill Whisky is made from two types of grain. The corn whisky is double distilled through a two-column still to produce a light and smooth characteristic. The barley whisky is pot distilled to bring out a subtle bready, nutty or malt flavour. Multiple layers of flavour are preserved through non-chill filtration, resulting in a fuller mouthfeel and smoother finish. Aged in New White Oak Casks for notes of vanilla, caramel and toffee, First-Run Bourbon Casks for flavours of dried raisins and plums, and Canadian Whisky Casks to draw out the characteristics of the grains.

The Bushmills 12 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is a full-bodied, deep amber whiskey that is both complex and approachable. The whiskey is triple-distilled from 100% malted barley and matured for a minimum of 11 years in former sherry casks and bourbon casks, before combining and finishing for 6-9 months in Marsala wine casks, creating a whiskey rich in dried fruit and nut flavours.

Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is truly one of the great whiskeys of the world. Aged for about 15 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, and then finished for about 9 months in port wine pipes (large barrels unique to making port wine.)This single malt shows its layers of flavour, juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness. It’s best enjoyed neat or an ice cube to furtherer soothe the drink.

The very pinnacle of Irish whiskey, Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 year old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then married and transferred into Madeira casks for a further 2 years of aging and maturation. Awarded ‘Best Irish Single Malt 2013’ and a rare 96 points from Whisky Advocate, it has huge depth that interweaves dried fruit flavours with spicy, aromatic maltiness, subtle nutty raisin notes, and a rich finish that seemingly never ends.

Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is the second expression in Templeton Rye’s innovative “Barrel Finish Series.” This limited edition rye whiskey was originally matured to perfection for five years in traditional American Oak flame-charred barrels, before being expertly finished in the finest dark rum casks from the Caribbean island of Jamaica. The additional six month maturation time spent in first full Caribbean Rum Casks accentuates the rye spice while adding subtle, exotic flavours and tropical fruit tones. Intense notes of rich oak and orange seat balance spectacularly with honeyed character and are married with notes of black pepper and dark chocolate.
