When our family first starting distilling gin 150 years ago — Old Tom was the London Gin of choice.
Today it's a less familiar style of gin, but it is still a bartender's favourite when making cocktails such as the Martinez, Tom Collins and Ramos Gin Fizz. To create our Sloe Gin we gently infuse wild harvested English Sloe berries in our beautifully balanced London Dry Gin.
The process, another of our Hayman's long-standing family recipes, takes 3-4 months before the infusion is blended with natural sugars. The result is plummy aromas, hints of almond and frangipane and delicious fruity notes- it's not too sweet, not too tart and you can still taste our gin!

South Bank London Dry Gin is masterfully crafted and is distilled to a traditional recipe. The flavour is derived from the key botanicals; juniper berries, coriander, angelica along with a select combination of other herbs and spices. Refreshing and citrusy and perfectly pleasant with tonic. A classic London Dry Gin with prominent Juniper on the nose, followed by a gentle, peppery spice and a zesty citrus finish.

A pink variation of South Bank Gin, featuring the likes of strawberry and raspberry among its botanicals, but the solid core of juniper remains up front. Similar to the classic expression, this one is well suited to cocktails and mixed drinks.
