Simply put, pisco is a type of brandy, or distilled grape wine. It's a clear, higher-proof spirit. Native to the western coast of South America. Only Peru and Chile can produce and call it Pisco. Diverse in their production process, each country produces a unique style of Pisco.
The typical characteristics of this variety is immediately sensed. On the palate, it is very round and slightly fruity with aromas of vegetables. "This Pisco's fineness is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes and a winemaking that combines tradition and high technology. Slow distillation is finished off in French copper stills.
